Some work involves extra risk, training, or responsibility. Where required, the following may apply and will always be discussed in advance:
Working at height (ladders, lofts, external access)
Sewage or waste exposure (blocked drains, contaminated areas)
Controlled or hazardous substances
(e.g. mould treatments, sealants, specialist chemicals)Poor access or restricted working areas
Parking, permits or congestion charges
